Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using PXT, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

You are not allowed to copy, modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way. You are not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the app, and you also should not try to translate the app into other languages, or make derivative versions. The app itself, and all the trademarks, copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights related to it, still belong to Miciniti Technologies Limited.

Description of Service

PXT provides a SaaS platform enabling users to generate and edit short-form video slideshow sequences using AI tools. Key features include cloud templates, AI-assisted content generation, third-party stock/social network integration for slide backgrounds, and optional publishing of your slideshows to your own social accounts (such as TikTok). We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, including availability of features or content.

Our Commitment

We are committed to ensuring that the app is as useful and efficient as possible. For that reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the app or to charge for its services, at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you for the app or its services without making it very clear to you exactly what you’re paying for.

Payments, Subscriptions, and Refunds

PXT offers premium features through subscription plans. By selecting a premium tier, you agree to pay the specified fees.

  • Payment Processing: All payments are securely processed by our designated third-party provider (Stripe). We do not store your full payment information.
  • Subscriptions: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. Your plan will automatically renew unless canceled prior to the next billing date.
  • Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access to premium features will continue until the end of your current billing cycle. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) Features

PXT utilizes artificial intelligence to assist in generating and editing video slideshow sequences.

  • AI Content: When using our AI features, you may submit text, images, or other inputs. You retain ownership of your inputs.
  • Limitations: AI-generated outputs are provided "as is." We cannot guarantee the absolute accuracy, appropriateness, or uniqueness of AI-generated content. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying the output before publishing or distributing it.

Data Protection and Security

PXT may store and process account and configuration data that you have provided to us in order to deliver our Service. It is your responsibility to keep your device and access to the app secure. We recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your mobile phone or modify standard browser security behaviors, as removing software restrictions and limitations makes your device vulnerable to malware, viruses, and malicious programs, compromising security and potentially causing PXT to function incorrectly or fail entirely.

Third-Party Services and Integrations

PXT includes official API-based integrations with third-party providers to enhance slide creation, image search, and publishing. By using these features, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the respective Terms and Conditions of these services:

  • Unsplash (for stock photography search and integration)
  • TikTok (for account connection and publishing your slideshows to TikTok), including the Music Usage Confirmation where your published content contains music

Please review the terms of these external platforms before utilizing background discovery or publishing features in PXT.

TikTok Integration

PXT offers an optional integration with TikTok that lets you connect your TikTok account and publish slideshows you create in PXT to your own TikTok account.

  • Authorization: By connecting your TikTok account, you authorize PXT to access your basic TikTok profile information and, when you request it, publish content to your TikTok account on your behalf. You may disconnect your TikTok account at any time from within PXT or by revoking access in TikTok's settings.
  • Your Responsibility: You remain solely responsible for all content you publish to TikTok through PXT, and you agree to comply with TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines when doing so.
  • No Added Branding: PXT does not add its own brand names, logos, or watermarks to content you publish to TikTok.
  • No Affiliation: PXT is an independent product of Miciniti Technologies Limited and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok.

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to:

  • Violate the intellectual property, copyright, or trademark rights of others (including stock photography creators)
  • Distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful digital code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our authentication systems or backend services
  • Use PXT to create, host, or distribute unlawful, defamatory, abusive, or obscene material
  • Violate the Terms of Service or Community Guidelines of TikTok or any other connected platform when using PXT's integrations or publishing content through them
  • Interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of our website, servers, or network systems
  • Resell, redistribute, or bypass access restrictions on our slideshow designer software without explicit written permission
  • Use automated scripts or bots to extract media assets excessively through our integrated third-party services

Content and Intellectual Property

You retain complete ownership of all posts, templates, slides, text overlays, and slideshow configurations you write or upload. By using PXT, you grant us a standard, worldwide license to host, transmit, and render your content as necessary to provide and sync the Service. We do not claim ownership or control over your user-created content.

All intellectual property rights in PXT—including our software, slide styling algorithms, presets, audio synthesis engines, UI assets, logos, and trademarks—are owned by or licensed to Miciniti.

Data Backup and Loss

PXT automatically syncs your templates and slideshow configurations to our secure cloud storage. You may also export sequences in a structured ZIP archive. We strongly recommend exporting and maintaining your own secure backups of critical designs. We are not liable for any data loss resulting from device failures, user error, or server interruptions.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high uptime for our cloud systems but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance or software updates that temporarily affect application availability. We are not liable for downtime or temporary service disruptions.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Miciniti Technologies Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Miciniti harmless from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of PXT, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

Service Updates

At some point, we may wish to update PXT. The application and its vertical slideshow editor are designed to run across multiple client platforms. The requirements for these systems and web browsers may change, and you will need to apply browser updates or app updates if you want to keep using PXT.

Miciniti does not promise that it will always update the app so that it is relevant to you and/or works with the specific OS or browser version you have installed. However, you agree to accept and apply updates when offered.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases, and we may delete your account and associated database records.

We may also choose to discontinue the PXT service and terminate use of it at any time without giving notice. Unless we state otherwise, upon any termination, (a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end; and (b) you must stop using the app.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of PXT shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules, except where prohibited by law.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Miciniti operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of PXT after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
